car booked in for stereo installation- appointment made last week; the earliest appointment available was in 7 days time- 9:30 am today. turned up for appointment but no one there. Darren uncontactable on both landline and mobile phone. left messages. stood in the cold waiting for 40min but still no-one arrived. Confirmed with neighbouring business that I was at the correct address. eventually left having waited 50 minutes. I do understand that things happen but this is highly unsatisfactory. He had taken my number so if some emergency had happened such that my appointment had to be cancelled he could have phoned me to avoid me wasting precious time and being a week down the track with no stereo in my car. According to neighbouring business this is not unusual for Darren; they report it is common for people to come to their business looking for him asnd he just runs by his "own clock".
