My computer guy referred me to this company. I shopped around anyway. These guys have the most experience (per my computer guy and the company's longevity) with RAID arrays and their price ended up very reasonable. I liked it that I talked to the technician who worked on my data; I felt comfortable that my client's information was in good hands and secure. I would use them again (but hope it isn't necessary).
I dropped a Hard Disk Drive (HDD) off with this company and they said they would take a look at it that afternoon as my computer would not boot up and I could not get the files from it. Ten days later I got back in touch with them after they had failed to call me.
