I had an external drive full of data fail on me and despite attempts with local IT places I came up with nothing; most told me it would be a difficult and expensive procedure to retrieve any data from the drive. Sent it down to Craig and had a diagnosis and quote within a couple of days. Fantastic service and, from my experience, unparalleled communication. I always knew exactly what was going on during the process unlike many places that will keep you in the dark until the procedure is complete. There were some minor setbacks with the recovery, all due to things that could not have been foreseen, however these were all overcome and sorted out by Craig with no extra charge beyond the initial quote I had been given! All data was successfully recovered and I couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend Craig's services to anyone looking for data recovery.

I travelled overseas for a year & even though I'm a designer, I'm Not very up to date with hard drives and backing up my back ups. I had left my hard drive in a box packed away. When I returned my hard drive showed nothing on it even though it had been full of illustrator & photoshop graphic files ! In panic mode I sent it to Data Retriever & just in a few days they were able to recover almost all my lost data and then mail it back to me in Sydney -SAVED!! Thx guys!
