We made the big mistake of buying our son’s school laptop through Datacom. It was the schools recommended retailer. The computer broke within 2 months and Datacom have refused to fix or replace or refund in a timely manner. We even forked out for extra insurance. Our son has been missing out on school work for weeks. Our advice would be to buy from reputable shop - wish had bought from eg JBHifi and could have taken back same day for immediate replacement.
