Private training studio Located in Thornlands, QLD across the road from parkland. I offer studio and mobile options for those who need flexibility with their training requirements.
Specialising in Weight Loss, muscle gain, strength, conditioning and nutrition. Small classes are held throughout the day focused wholly on losing Bodyfat and increasing fitness. Classes are Personal and Private with a Maximum of 4 clients per session. Professionally delivered personal training by myself and Karen. With an extensive bodybuilding background I also offer Bodybuilding, fitness model training services to get you from start to competition ready.

Our aim is to provide a service that is both affordable and delivers results to absolutely anyone who needs it. At Davfit Training Services you will receive nothing but tried and true proven methods that we have used for over 20 yrs. Offering very competitive fees with the ability to customise to your needs.

Clients have had extraordinary results by following my Proven methods. Examples of this are: I recently had a client who lost a total of 20.5 kilograms in just over 8 weeks, this was without starving themselves or by doing excessive training. Simply by following the structure as it is delivered.

Another client has recently started my 12 month bodybuilding plan and has added an average of 1 inch of muscle to each bodypart and lost an inch from the waist in just the first 3 weeks of his first month of his bodybuilding plan. Again this has been achieved without fancy powders or pills, just good old fashion nutrition and properly planned training, coupled with a willingness to follow the plan laid out for him.
