The salesman Mark was helpful & polite, unfortunately tho the owner manager is rude & only interested in making even more money. Maybe he should take lessons from his staff & come back down to earth.

I am sorry you had a bad experience with the person in question however as you clearly pointed out Mark was most helpful after your purchase of a faulty product elsewhere when you returned to the store and subsequently also assisted you to rectify your connection issue. I am glad all is working for you now.
Agree with other reviews!! U have bought several appliances from David Barke over the years. After an incomplete purchase they held $300 of my money. They now say that because their end of year financials are complete that I have somehow forfeited my money as it would be to hard to reverse the transaction.
David Barke has fixed our issue and will say he went above and beyond to do so. We are very happy and have since purchased more appliances from his Rosebud store. Thanks David
On the occasions I have gone to Retravision for certian products, I have found the staff to be very uncooperative and not at all helpful - that is - unless you are wanting to purchase a plasma TV - then you get their attention. Items such as a fan, toaster, or heater are so few in number, they are not worth looking at or comparing. I will not be going there in the future.
