David Brown Maintenance and More

My working life has mainly been centred in the engineering metal trades field (specialising in small steel structures) where I hold several trade certificates, as well as a forklift operator's ticket and a St John's First Aid certificate. I've contracted in welding, fabrication, fitting and machining and am happy to accept contract work in these areas on a short or long term basis.
My other areas of expertise include, but are'nt limited to, plastering, carpentry, concreting, paving and fencing. Anything associated with maintenance around the home and office is within my scope. I have designed and constructed carports, pergolas, garages, water features and stairs, including spiral. I can install clothes lines, dishwashers, refrigerators etc. for those who don't want the bother of these mundane, yet important, home jobs. I do extensive and varied maintenance for building companies in both commercial and residential fields and repairs and refurbishment for retirement villages. I am fully insured.
