Staff are very unpleasant, snappy and terse. They treat you as if you are a nuisance. There are only two patient parking spots and the receptionist was parked in one of them. I was told to use the restaurant parking next door if they are full, "they are ok with it". If they're ok with it why can't the receptionist park there and leave the patient parking for the patients!! And the last straw: there are no patient toilets!! I didn't ask if patients should use the restaurant toilets next door. I wondered why there is a sign in the reception saying that abusive or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated, I can see how patients would get upset. If it wasn't for Dr Holthouse' reputation as a pain specialist I definitely wouldn't go back.
