It's always confronting to have to choose a new service provider. Especially for things I know nothing about. That's why it's such a beautiful thing (and worthy of 5 stars) when the service is outstanding all the way from the staff in the office to the guys in the field. These guys were top notch right from beginning to end.
It wasn't a complicated job (new outdoor power outlet in an awkward spot), but, I was tossing up between two options to install a new hot water service that needed two different electrical solutions. The guys gave sound advice, and quoted on the two options before I committed to any work.
Things I particularly loved about my experience: Great service from the office, follow up calls and emails confirming work to be completed and costs, guys who turn up on time as arranged, efficient and professionally completed work.
