Was not impressed with the the representative at the Elizabeth Arden counter. The representative didn't do the job when i had explained i have ran out of foundation and explain which foundation i normally use but wanted to make sure that the colour is applicable to my colour tone these days. All the representative did was match against the back of my hand. However, anyone who uses foundation knows that the colour of ur hand does not match the colour of your face! and the representative never bothered to check against my face. i had to apply it myself against my face, there were no wipes or anything offered to wipe the makeup testing off my face. Normally they would actually apply abit then ask if you are happy then they would just color the rest of your face so u dont walk out looking half done. Really really unhappy and will never go back to Elizabeth Arden in Miranda :( ended up going to the CBD store for a better service.
