David Leaman Painters

Out of 4 local painters they were the only painters not to return my call for a qote.

Must be too busy to worry about extra work.

I chose David to paint my weatherboard house at Alderley in Nov 2013 for several reasons. He was highly recommended to me by a friend, he was very professional, he was pleasant, courteous, and punctual, and his quote was reasonable.

I found David here on TrueLocal, and was not only impressed by this reviews but his Quote. Unfortunately for David,not only were we repainting, but also having some major structural work done at the same time, requiring a lot of flexibility ,,all was done with no issues and I was so impressed with his work that I ended up increasing the scope of his work. Honest, Friendly and ,a Professional I will be using David again and would gladly recommend him to anyone needing a painter .

David was recommended to us by multiple friends, and we were instantly impressed by his thoroughness when he came to quote. He continued to impress with his reasonable rates, timeliness and attention to detail. He always had such a pleasant demeanor and really seemed to look forward to the work, which amazed us since there was so much of it on our house - caulking all the weatherboards, sanding back the windows, cleaning and painting the roof - all while dealing with unseasonable amounts of rain. Even our toddler looked forward to seeing "Mr David" each day. He was very patient and helpful as we picked out colours; he painted test swatches of multiple main and trim colours all over the house. We should have saved ourselves the agonizing and just gone with the colours he initially recommended (as they were the ones we picked in the end). David repainted our living and kitchen area after major renovations. David was quick and neat, and was able to match our strange existing wall color successfully. Great value for money, pleasant and friendly, and you could hardly tell he had been - the house was neat and tidy when he left, much better than other trades involved in the changes. We will have him back again for a full house paint in the future.
