We have now built twice with David McCoy and it has been a great experience again. It was easier than last time and we were able to customise to suit our new needs.

Wow! Quite amazed to be reading these reviews. This too is happening to our home! We have now had 2 leaks in main water pipes under the concrete with a new water leak being investigated, not to mention the massive water bills! David MCCoy Homes saying "There is not much we can do at this stage." Would love to hear from others that this has happened to.

beware of this builders workmanship,ive had around 10 underground water laeks and counting,as the pipes were not layed correctly and keep getting pierced by sharp rocks ect underground,all needs to be relaced and ive herd of this hapening with many others,
also be prepered to relace appliances,i replaced 5 air cons,roller door dishwasher all just out of warrenty

Stay away from this builder. My water pipes were not installed to the regulations. Numerous water leaks and a total cost of around $25 000 in repairs and water pipe reruns. David McCoy refused to repair even though this started within the warranty period. Make sure you inspect the plumbing trenches before the soil goes back in. They don't supervise their tradies.

David Mccoy Homes is the "worst" builder in Australia. We urge all potential customers to stay away from this builder. The sales consultant Jane wescombe will treat you like a "Princess" before you sign their preliminary contract. Once you signed the contract, they will not want to communicate with you and they will treat you like a dog with no respect whatsoever. The disaster was bound to happen.
