Unfortunately had work done recently on a little car for my 16 year old to learn in after a recommendation. It was returned to us with a scratch up the side, nuts on tyres loose(almost lost a tyre driving along), battery mounts loose, loose bolts on chassis, missing items from in the car and the list goes on. Absolutely disgusted and when my hubby returned to complain, he was given the 'missing' parts and the bloke said ' I guess you won't be back here again'. Darn right we won't. Placed a 16 year old learner driver at significant risk. Not to mention my hubby and other road users. Furious.
Not sure if we caught them at a bad time or not, but took my car for a service here around Christmas time one year as my trusted mechanic was on holidays. For a basic service and rear bushes, they slugged us over $400. Then proceeded to complain about getting ripped off on their home air conditioner. Would not recommend again and went straight out to my car and ripped their sticker off my window.
