Davistown R.S.L. Club Ltd

Went to this RSL for lunch the other day and was surprised at how big it is, I had just never bothered to check it out. I was pleasantly surprised and found it to be quite good, I would go more often if it were closer to home. I just had a standard fish and chips for lunch and it was exactly how fish and chips should be. Staff all seemed friendly, and overall its a good club.

This rather large club is tucked away next to a large retirement village, the staff are great, very friendly. Went to the bistro for lunch and had flathead fillets with chips and salad, the food and service was great - though there could have been a little less batter on the fish, apart from that the club is well set out, it was easy to find your way around, the bistro is large, plenty of seating, and if you sit by a window you can watch members playing bowls.
