i had mice and spiders and i called Dawson's Australia, i found them to be very helpful and professional over the phone, we arrange a time for them to come. i got a call from Lisa to state that the technicians will be there in 15 min. when the technician came he was again very professional and informative. he also helped me to get the washing off the line and moved the dogs water bowl. i would recommend Dawson's Australia
