I have used Glenn twice for my Ilve oven. Although it is quite old, he always has the right parts on hand. He has responded to me over the weekend when my oven went out prior to hosting a party at our home. He assured me he could fix it in time and he did. Very professional and responsive. I didn't meet Glenn in person but on phone he was very easy to speak with and you could tell he was a nice person as well as an experienced tech. He could identify my rangehood problem only by phone. Glenn attended our house yesterday to replace an oven element and has he has done on two previous occasions, he arrived exactly when he had indicated he would, when the service call.was booked.
Not only did he repair our oven, but he also repaired some broken parts to our dishwasher whilst he was here, after asking whether we had any other appliance problems.This type of service is rare these days.
