A night time life saver!!! Staff and pharmacist were very efficient in providing me with the services I needed. It is the ONLY chemist open till late on the north shore, which comes in handy- bonus points for that. However, I must admit they are more expensive than other chemists, but are willing to price match.
A great late night option, the staff know the products very well and are always more than happy to give advice and service. They never close earlier than ten and it is great to know I have a reliable pharmacy for public holidays including christmas. As a Father of young children I highly recommend the Crows Nest Day and Night Chemist.
This place has forgotten that Pharmacies should CARE about their patients. They do not know the first thing about customer service. In this type of business, treat a customer right once and they will be back for life. I will certainly not return to this place. And besides my two prescriptions are $8 cheaper each at Priceline - paying extra would not bother me if I got service - but in this case better saving my $$
