What a joke! Took my car in to get new tyres and they broke the parking brake sensor.. rebooked it in for them to fix what they broke and they charged for the part - THEN broke a Lock nut putting the tyre back and expected me to pay for that too..
We acknowledged that you have tyres fitted but it was January 21st and unrelated to your comments from today's repair.
Nothing was broken by our mechanic. The brake sensor we believe you are talking about is a brake wear sensor which needed replacing after doing your brakes, which were badly worn out in January 21st.

VERY HAPPY. Originally went there for a basic 80,000klm service on our late model XR50 Turbo which had been dealer and other workshop serviced.im a car nut so he had to impress me even before we booked the car into his shop. Dave is a very knowledgable and decent man and even my wife commented that the vehicle driver better than EVER. Amazing. She doesn't normally comment about cars.

Since taken our Crownline 19SS. Dave knows these Mercuisers inside out and did a great job. Also identified numerous issues with the trailer that had not been identified at last boat dealer service.

Have also entrusted my beloved race car to this workshop. That takes some doing. It's almost V8 Supercar fast. But I'm trusting my life to his skills.

So, been back to DC Auto 'cos I bought a new toy, 1989 BMW 320 just for the fun of owning a convertible. As usual Dave did a great job of letting me know what I will have to look out for. Also took the time to show me how to put the roof up and down properly, explained the foibles of owning a 25 yo classic car and left me feeling confident that I had a 'mate' in the business. I'm happy to recommend DC Auto a second time, Oh, Corinne made me coffee and bickies while I waited
We brought an old landcruiser to DC Automotive with no idea of what might be wrong. Dave took all possible time to check and explain what is not working. Perfect for us travellers with a small budget he fixed everything, gave us many important advices for travelling through Australia on dirt roads and the best, he took the time to explain it all in detail. The car is running perfect since we have been to DC Automotive!!! Thank you.
