DC Vacuum Pumping Service
I got DC to come out yesterday. I must admit he was here on time. He wasn't very friendly or helpful. One of my tanks the pump kept running he sais it was because the pump had fallen to the side. Instead of just lifting the pump back into place he told me my husband would have to do it. Well I said I don't have one of those. So he was willing to let me sent one of my grandsons into the tank to stand the pump back up. He was not happy at all. In the end... after muttering that the bill was $380 he finially got onto the ground reached in an straightened the pump. Didn't even offer me a reciept for the $380 cash I gave him.
In this Review i think that it was unfair and left out that the pump was not installed properply so DC informed her of this and she wanted DC to get in the tank and fix it, she was offended when we could do this for her, DC show her what needed to be done, she said that she was to old to get in the Tank and DC pointed out that she had a teenage grandson with her, again very unpleasant person to do bussiness with.
