On a Saturday night, the restaurant was packed and they did not have enough wait staff to adequately cover all patrons. Our table was never asked for drinks before we ordered our meals nor were we given refill bottles of water unless we asked and even then it was forgotten towards the end of the night. Even when we were served by wait staff they weren't particularly nice...no pleasantries or even a smile. Despite a booking, our table wasn't set up on time and the table was so close to the next table that drinks and meals had to be passed down to some of the people on our table. Our meals came out before we had even got cutlery or serviettes/napkins. Someone was still drinking their tea when they decided to dim the lights and this was before 10pm on a Saturday night! Girlfriend and I went there with an entertainment voucher. Took an hour for our pizzas to arrive, apparently only put in the oven when we enquirer forty minutes after ordering. When the pizza finally arrived the base was burnt and the toppings were tasteless. Really disappointing.
