Never using them again. Beware their massive overcharging. Charged me $75+GST for less than 10 minutes easy work to fit a $3.90 part (which I would have done myself if they told me how expensive their fees were going to be). And this wasn't even including a call-out fee as they were already on-site for other work...

Very dodgy. Attended to fix a leaking toilet. Charged me $180 to replace a seal then after he left he told me the flex pipe also needed replacing which would cost another $180. Literally would have had to disconnect and reconnect the rusty flex pipe the first time god knows why he didnt just replace it. So a few months goes by and the hotwater unit broke, I called him to replace it and asked him to do the flex pipe while he was there. Charged me full price for the hotwater unit plus another $180 for the flex pipe 'because that was the previous quote'.

Alex, Ant & Felix we delightful to deal with. They were very prompt, didn't muck around, did what they said they'd do and all for a reasonable price. Just found my regular plumbers!

Alex took an urgent call from me yesterday and was onsite by 7am this morning and then I received the quote at 8.30am. He was recommended from a friend and I can see why. Great phone manner and then backed up by prompt, reasonable quote and reliable service. Very happy client.
