The Podiatrist's scope of practice includes areas such as paediatrics (children), diabetes, sports injuries, structural problems, treatment of the elderly as well as general foot care.

Our Team - Debbie Marks. The owner and principal podiatrist who established the practice at these premises in 1980 after qualifying at NSW TAFE with an Associate Diploma of Podiatry. Debbie most recently in 2012 further enhanced her education by attaining her Masters of Health Science (Podiatry) from The University of South Australia.

Debbie covers all facets of Podiatry Care including general nail care (corn,callous and ingrown toenails), orthotic prescription, muscle testing and footwear assessment however, she has special interest areas of Diabetes and Sports Podiatry along with an extensive knowledge of Paediatric (children) Podiatry.

She continually attends numerous post-graduate courses covering all these specific areas of podiatry. Debbie has education ties with the University of Newcastle, Charles Sturt University Albury, & University of Western Sydney, and is also an accredited member of the Australian Podiatry Association (NSW) and Sports Medicine Australia. She held a Position on the Board of the Australian Podiatry Association (NSW) from 2006 - 2010 indicating her commitment to her profession and Podiatry.

Debbie is assisted by Manveer (Manny) Dhillon who works with her on a permanent basis. Manny graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2012 with a Bachelor of Health Science (Podiatry), having previously attained a Bachelor of Anatomy & Physiology in 2010 from the Auckland University of Technology in New Zealand.

Manny is available for consultation for treatment of all facets of Podiatry care and is also available to attend to Home Visits for the house bound patient only. Manny has come to be known as having gentle, soft hands. ...read more
