Debit Success

called up 5-6 weeks ago to cancel my payment coming out (Which kept coming out of my account) I then called up today to ask if I could get that money back and to advise them that the payment was still coming out. They notify me that I never called to cancel as they had no notes about it on my account and that I was still having to pay the $50 cancellation on my account and kept disregarding me on the reimbursement of the money that was taken out of my account when it shouldn't of been.
I am highly disappointed and disgusted in the way my situation was handled and would not recommend using this company or even talking to the client services.

unsympathetic and unfair. We had gone on holidays recently and we forgot to change our direct debit details before going as we had changed to a new credit card. I received an email on the Saturday telling me that they were unable to take out the money. So on the next business day, Monday, I phoned to rectify our error only to be told that it was too late and they had to slug me a $10 late fee. There was nothing they could do. I wanted to take it further and told a very rude person by the name of Leon, said that without evidence that we were overseas, then we should suck it up. $10 isn't much I know, but, where is the good faith.
Avoid!

Company made no effort to contact me until I recieve a phone call, "You've got 2 hours to pay your bill before it's filed with debt collectors". 1 simple call to me weeks before hand to let me know I even had a payment to make, and i would have paid it. Now they've left contacting me until the absolute final minute where I could get hit right in my credit rating over a bill they never even told me I had!!!
This company is supposed to handle other businesses finacials? What a joke! Stay away from this one, I've filed to have my account shutdown, not worth the risk being with these people if they're going to destroy your credit rating through lack of communication!!
Not to mention the company they're supposed to be working for had to wait weeks, if not months, longer to get the payment because this company couldn't pick up a phone and tell me I had an unpaid bill.
