After many years of seeing a psychiatrist for depression, I saw Ms. Richards. Such a difference! Ms. Richards neither talked down to me nor minimised any concerns I had. From the start I felt comfortable and knew I could work with Ms. Richards. With her, I underwent SCHEMA testing. I found this to be a valuable tool as it concisely quantified my various personality traits in an easy to understand manner. Working with this helped me a great deal.
Ms. Richards achieved in a few sessions what the psychiatrist failed to do over many long, unproductive years. Plus, I was not dosed on what I can now determine were totally useless antidepressants with not insignificant side effects.
