I went to my friends son's 1st birthday, the cake she had looked really really well put together and very detailed so i grab the contact off my friend. So when it came to my son's 1st birthday, i also ordered my cake through Decorative Sweets. Booking is only by appointment via email. But the way James & Nhi handle the appointment made you feel assured that they can get the job done right. James will grab all the information from you, every little detail of how you would like the cake and he would run through the cost and also provide advice or recommendation to suit your budget. Nhi would then draw up your cake so you both agree exactly as to what the cake will turn out to be. I walked away feeling very confident knowing Decorative Sweets can deliver what i ask. Ive sampled a few treats from James and Nhi on different occasions now. Nhi is incredibly fussy with her decorating and James made me feel very relaxed whilst taking my order. Most cake stores have a 'point and buy' procedure. This couple doesnt. James takes your order by appointment, this means your order is exactly how you want. Ive been to the ATM next to their store a few times and have seen James listening intentively to the client who was placing order. This is a great couple to deal with.
