Would not go here again. Booked in for 3 people at the same time. Had to wait as we got served one at a time even though they had 3 hairdressers and watch as people walked in after us and get served. One hairdresser must have taken an hour to do a simple cut on a boys hair and style it 'messy'. We were there for 3 hours, no communication on how long it was going to take so we waited (could have gone and had lunch/shopped while we waited). One of us asked for the dead ends to be trimmed off, very basic, and still came out with dead ends. Lacked basic conversation skills. No recognition of their sub standard service, and paid full price. Definitely not what I had in mind for celebrating a special event.
