Hands down the worst take away place I have been to in my entire life. I have never faced more rude staff in my life then at this place. I am someone who is patience and resonable but this establishment makes you feel worse after walking in and leaving. I hope these reviews will push this establishment to think about the negatives and turn them into positives. Until this time, please avoid it like the plague
Had so many bad experiences with this takeaway from EXTREMELY rude staff to negative quotes on the walls regarding customers and on 1 accosions was yelled at by a staff member with a shop full of people. It is a very unfriendly place with no smiles or any idea what customer service is and the food is below average. I would NOT recomend this place to anyone. Nothing nice about this place and they dont even deserve half of 1 star.
Shocking customer service, rude and no personality. As someone else mentioned they have several quotes hung up over there walls talking about customers negatively. Food is average, used to be a brilliant fast food service but since new management it has gone down hill badly.
Worst customer service in taree. Every time I go there the staff a flat and rude and i stand there waiting for service with no acknowledgement that im there and there are negative "quotes /sayings" relating to customers on the wall. Nice food and that's why I've gone back but the greatest food in the world couldn't make me want to go back again.
