I have been attending this surgery and the same Dr. for some years now even when she is not available I am happy to see any other Doctor as I know I shall receive the same attention and assistance from any one of them. Likewise the Receptionists do all they can to offer an alternate date / time if they are unable to fit me in on the date or time I request. They are pleasant and most helpful and the thing that strikes me most is although I do not attend very often they seem to remember my name without me telling them or even bringing me up on the Computer which is a big +.
