I had one of the technicians from your company come out to do my property several weeks ago to help be treat my roach issue.
The lady I spoke with gave me a lot of info to help me prep for the service. like emptying out my kitchen area (if i wanted to, not neccasary but helpful all the same) also by doing a good vacuum would help as well.
The guy that came out was not only friendly, he even took the time to explain the service and the best way to maintan the service. He also recommended that i get a follow-up treatment as i Did have a pretty severe ...read more
This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They spayed our office, and all the bugs were back 1 weeks later. It took us 3 weeks before they would come back, then they cancelled because they double booked. Since then, they have rebooked and not come, 4 weeks in a row. They don't answer calls from our office because they are embarrassed and only answer calls if a staff member calls from a number they don't know. Don't go with them. You will just have to pay someone else to do it again later, when the bugs come back. Their guarantee is worth nothing. They don't even show up.
