I agree DEGABRIELE kitchens have all the ideas but don't follow through
You pay all the money upfront and then get left with a half done kitchen
Hopeless
They should be out of business
Kitchens are great in a magazine but up close , not a wow factor but a boo one

After deciding to spend in excess of $150,000 on a Kitchen, Butlers Pantry and Laundry, I struggled to choose a Company whos reputation I could trust, and despite having a few hiccups at the beginning which is expected on a project of this size, I have now a finished product which could only be described as nothing short of spectacular, the team they use is exemplary. You are informed every step of the way by Melissa, and Sam closely monitors every stage of construction. Truly a Company you can trust, I am so glad we chose Degabriele.

Do not use De Gabriele kitchens! I would strongly urge anyone considering De Gabriele kitchens to look elsewhere. We had a $40k+ kitchen installed which was never finished. We never saw them again after they promised the world and up-sold on every aspect of the kitchen. They then outsource everything to under performing and over-worked project managers who don't even show up when they saw they will. Their payment terms are ludicrous - pay nearly everything upfront with a nominal completion fee. They clearly don't expect to receive this as they never finished the job. We now know they overcharge significantly to their competitors and rarely receive referrals - hardly surprising. In hindsight we've realised whilst the kitchen looks and was expensive, the result was over-elaborate and impractical. I wish I had reported them or gone to A Current Affair at the time.
