brought 11 aud worh of product to sit in their restaurant for my 1.5 hour meeting. no time limit requirements set on this restaurant. 1 hour into my meeting via zoom the staff approached me and with increased voice told me "how long are you going to be? there are customers waiting". not impressed. if you are ever in rosebud looking for a place to sit to have your sit down meetings dont even consider this place. not the best food, drinks, ambience, no value for money.
I stopped by to grab a coffee and babycino while out to do our grocery shopping. I absent-mindedly sat at a recently vacated table that had not yet been cleaned because I had a pram and there wasn't much room inside. Understandably, a staff member came over to let me know I shouldn't have sat there because it hadn't been cleaned (fair enough) and I apologised immediately for being so absent-minded. She then went on a rant about how I was breaking the law followed by complaining about me to the other staff member. All I wanted was to have a relaxing coffee with my bub before getting some groceries. Needless to say I left in tears and will not be going back.
