On my last appointment my hairdresser was sick but they didn't bother to call me. When I had arranged a babysitter that is disappointing. Then the hairdresser's Mum offered to do it, and I had a less then average time. On top of an already frustrating session they had the nerve to charge me top prices! Never going back again.
A phone number was not on file to contact you in regards to your appointment.
Rescheduling was optioned to you, which you declined. However; the "mum", in this family business, is highly Qualified in Hairdressing & Makeup Artistry and is sought after by the Film & Tv industry.
All our staff are professional, Qualified Hairdressing teachers, therefore prices are charged at the same rate by all staff members, so that no team member is undermined by the other.
As a guy with long hair i love this salon. The Girls are wonderful, the prices are great and they actually style and colour your hair how you want it, not just short back and sides, or however they want it. They really care about there customers and there comfort. A+++
cant rave on about the girls at dejark enough!!! they make you feel comfortable and listen to what you want!!Fantastic stylists!!!!
the new cosmetic range is a bonus too specially since i have sensitive skin.After having a free trial of the products (being skeptical)i found that Entourage cosmetics were really well suited for my skin,very light and VERY affordable!!specially love the "Mentha Balm"
