& fitness goals! Dekstars trains people of all ages as we listen to our clients needs! I lost 8kgs before my wedding and I looked and felt great! I can now fit neatly back into my favourite jeans! My confidence is "sky high" as I now have put on muscle and have kept my body fat percentage low! I am eating sensibly and enjoying my food as well as keeping a regular exercise routine and I look and feel "younger"! I trained for my 14km fun run and knocked 2 min off my time by training less but "smarter"! We train together after dropping the kids off at school and we motivate each other and keep fit whilst we catch up!
