Beware of food sold well after their respected expiry date. I am talking months, not days. And no you will not find it in "expired food section", it is all mixed with regular food. And if like me you buy bulk, it really is frustrating getting home and finding out you got outdated and safe packages for a same product. Think it is only reasonable to bring to peoples attention that something has expired 6 months ago.
I've seen this at Deli Cravings too, Sage66, but Krista and her staff are really cool about returns. I was once able to return a soft cheese which tasted revolting: the only problem was stopping the young staff member from putting it back on display with the other cheeses, since it now weighed less than the labelled weight for one thing. The problem might be that the staff are so busy stocking the shelves with delicious new arrivals that they don't notice other expired stock which isn't moving. I'd give this deli a Very Good (5-star) rating, with the proviso that the buyer should watch the dates as in any other food store.
