Disgraceful company. I recommend everyone AVOID this company- I bought a laptop over two weeks ago- after using most of my internet data allowance downloading updates to try get it working- they replaced the motherboard, then the hard drive has crashed and now I want a replacement or my money back and they tell me the process takes between 4 and 6 weeks- and I asked for management who takes 48 hours apparently to talk to me- and who hasn't done so- I just want my money back or a replacement for a product that was faulty on arrival
We purchased an Alienware m17x a few months ago. The laptop cost just over $3000 and it came with the AMD video card. The overall feel of the physical user interface is very comfortable and intuitive.
