After attending this practice for many years , I’ve never experienced a problem to the extent of today’s one . Due to my dr not been available I was instructed to wait over an hour for a fitting time . I asked if I had missed my turn & explained to Julie that the other lovely receptionist had put my file for the next available Dr. as I was trying to interpret with her “ very abrupt she replies “ your just not making any sense “ I felt humiliated while everyone just stared at me . I don’t understand how she holds a position in this lovely practice , especially because Delwood is known as a lovely friendly place . She’s constantly rude , my Visit was on 03/04/18.
I’m actually struggling to go back in because of her poor communication & rude behaviour, otherwise the others are lovely to deal with .
