Sorry to say but i wasnt pleased with session i went 5 times and by the 3 visit i was listening to the same analogies and i left after every visit thinking wow this is going no were .
I did a survey at the start and what i scored very high on we didnt even talk about .there was politness but you find yourself looking out the window and it was very cold in office i received no real strategy and by the last visit i said im fine and declined the 6th session .i went home and just soughted out my own problems with friends . Im not saying it was terrible but i was happy after i opened up to friends that arnt trained but that is my review
