Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The first person I spoke to on the phone sounded disinterested at the least, mumbled into the phone and never told me her name. She gave confusing and contradictory answers to my questions, and asked me blunt questions without explaining why she even needed the information. When I asked to be put through to the manager, the manager was rude and aggressive right from the start of the conversation. When I told her "you're talking in a really aggressive way" her response was "Ok. What do you want?!" When I explained the situation, she offered no solution and no way forward. I told her I will be going with another bank, to which she answered "ok bye bye" and then hung up on me.
