if you expecting some customer service from delta. you can forget it. i tried to call the USA number for my issues, the waiting time is 2 and half hours. the local number is just engaged all the time or nobody pick up. i just have to take it i guess if i choosen to flight delta.
I've flown with United in the past. Flew Delta for the first time last week to the States. Of the North American airlines I've tried, Delta was easily the worst and that is really saying something. We've been spoiled in Oz by Aussie and Asian airlines for sure, but Delta really I was really at a loss. Flying business class the staff were quite polite with me but I heard several instances of staff being rude, curt, almost sarcastic to other passengers. Food was terrible for business class. Really will avoid.
