Avoid this company. They don't deliver on time and you can not contact them at all to find out where it is. I paid for express post and it's still not here 9 days later. Very frustrating. Avoid them

I ordered some party items online and the ladies in the office were fantastic and very helpful to get my order to me interstate within less than 24 hours. Horrible experience. Goods supplied are not the ones advertised on their ebay site and look secondhand. Calling, emailing or using their online chat is pointless - they don't respond. Told refund for unsupplied goods had been done and to wait 7 days. Waited 11 still no refund. Told today the refund has not been done and to wait 5 more days. Horrible goods and horrible customer service.

WORST experience ever!!!! On their website it says delivery 3-7 business days (I live just outside the CBD in another state). Called up to check the status as nothing appears on tracking and it had exceeded the 7 business days. I get the 'nothing I can do ' and ' not my problem ' attitude. They don't call back and do nothing about trying to provide any level of service. I get told by a staff we can lodge a complaint with Australia Post at 5:00pm on Friday if you like. We need the costumes for a 6:00pm party on Friday how does that help!!!! Australia Post isn't that inefficient I have received orders overseas easier than this. ...read more

BEWARE the wigs. Mine does not look like the image on the website or packaging. I was told be them to do some hairdressing to make it look like the image. I'm very unhappy, even paid express post, what a waste of money.
