Poor service, poor workmanship and completely unaccountable. I took a number of $150 business tailor made shirts to get drycleaned because I thought washing them at home may effect their life. When I sent a staff member to pick them up, All were returned except one - they refused to give the shirt back at first. Then after two weeks and after insisting on getting the shirt back I finally did only to find that the shirt hadn’t been cleaned and had been damaged by what I think is bleach. To add insult to injury they had charged me for cleaning it and then blamed me for the damage! Pretty disgraceful particularly considering I use to frequently get my garments cleaned there for a number of years. The owner did call me because I was a ‘regular’ customer and instead of offering to fix the problem he instead denied liability. Really? Heritage cleaned and preserved my wedding dress. They did an amazing job! Even better was their customer service! When I called for information I spoke with Bob .He was very helpful and so nice. I live about 20 minutes away from Deluxe and it was hard for me to get to them during their business hours with my busy work schedule. He offered to send me the driver at my convenience time. He got it on the weekend. During the process, I was emailed with every step that was being done to the dress and I was never wondering how it was going. They were quick! And the dress came back as new! there was lots of yellow marks all gone!!! The best dry cleaning service I've experienced in years. Great prices and the owner was extremely nice. Family-owned establishments are always staffed with genuine people -- I highly recommended them.Excellent service, no complains at all. Useful location and access as well as rapid delivery to your door.
