Didn't have much to move and only a 20 minute drive away I mentioned stairs, his answer was a short Sharp "NO". So I used a Man In Demand and couldn't be happier.

Fantastic service with a heap of care. I had a 6 bedroom move and they guys handled it with out a hitch definitely recommend the boys.

I used them for my sisters move and it was ok so I used them for my move 6 weeks later, What a nightmare!. The management in particular is a time waster charging by the hour. 10 hours to move a 3 bedroom apartment. I told them to bring 2 offsiders!, they bought 1 and myself and 4 children pretty much did the move going up and down elevators. Their offsider was nice but management has poor customer relations skills and a poor attempt at a sense of humour which only comes across as rude. While unloading the truck they were folding their blankets on my time. I asked them to have a look at the move before they did it. They didn't!!. So it took them 2 trips. When it came time to pay I asked them for a tax invoice and said that they would email it. When I explained my total dissatisfaction with their service they didn't have the sense to admit that they could have done this move in 7 hours they didn't even attempt to knock a bit off the price. Do not use them!!!!!.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!! I gave one star, but only because giving no stars is unfortunately not an option.



Booked them a week in advance, changed around my plans to suit them - and then they didn't even show up!!! Won't answer calls or reply to multiple voicemails.
