Would you recommend this organisation No! Why? After contacting this company and explaining the situation the staff member was very eager to do the work. A few days later i received a quote which i immediately accepted because i had just been scammed by a different structural engineer. Then it went bad, no communication. Repeatedly sent emails asking if they were going to do the job. I received a short email saying they were organising the schedule. Then nothing. Over a couple a months and still nothing. The development application has now been assessed and cost 10s of thousands of dollars so no point continuing. Consultants seem to think they pay the client so the client should accept whatever the consultant does. It doesnt work that way. I am glad i did not pay for this otherwise it would be department of fair trading.
