I have been using Dennis Photography for over 10 years. Their service has been excellent and I have never had any problems with this company. My 4 children have all had photos through this company. Their photos have been of a very high standard and their photographers are brilliant! Really people, waiting for a few weeks to get photos is really not a long time. The era of iphones and instant pics really makes people impatient.
They have photoshopped pics for me, provided me with free photos and have never had a problem in getting in contact with them.
I highly recommend this company to any childcare centre.
I agree. Their service has been great. My kids photos are fantastic.

You came and took photos of the children , made excuses that hard drive crashed . Now order was placed with your promise that they will arrive on Christmas.
Till today no photos have arrived . Despite numerous emails n follow ups. How unprofessional!
I will be seeking a full refund . From reading all the reviews I am truly concerned if the photos will ever arrived if they do , the right ones

Response to pricing - Please understand that our prices are quite competitive with other Photographers in Melbourne and that the print cost of the photo currently at $8.50 is not the only cost to a small family business. Business structure is complex, it involves camera equipment, computer equipment, cars, petrol, taxes, wages... there are many components to the "cost" of a photograph, as there is with any other service. Dennis has been taking photos of children for over 40 years and when we have used subcontractors in the past they have had significant experience too. We have taken tens of thousands of photographs of wonderful children all over Melbourne, of course not all of them have been bought, but we have had some wonderful comments over the years and some very happy parents. Of course I want your experience of us to be a positive one.
Very disappointed and upset with this company! I sent a number of emails and never got response as to where my photos were- they apparently got posted twice still to this day I have not received them..I had to get the child care centre to get a hold of them and make them bring it down and still got charge $5 postage?! The quality it absolutely shocking pixelated off colour at def not worth$8.50 a photo. I then rang them to be told I would not be given a refund as doesn't know what I have done to the photos! These were the only professional photos I got this year and I normally give to grandparents to Christmas I now don't have enough time (as it took 3 weeks to finally get them) to get new ones. Oh and keep in mind according to them it apparently it takes 3-4 weeks to get something sent Melbourne to Melbourne well that's news to me??! Would not recommend using this company the photos and customer service has a lot to answer for.

I am beyond upset, to start off with the website would not work on any web browser bar firefox, so once Id tried both Mac and pc and downloaded required browser, I went into my sons photos to find out of focus pictures, one of just a corner of his tshirt I mean like JUST HIS SHIRT no head!?!? , and a couple of 'ok' ones. Being his kinder shots, I did the right thing though and purchased the ones that seemed 'ok' . That was almost two months ago. I recieved an automated reply after paying via paypal. Then nothing. As bad as the shots were I wouldent have minded all this. If they showed up. Its been over a month since my last email and nothing. There is no phone number on the website nor on my order only email as contact for the company. I've emailed and nothing - not even a reply . I just tried again and nothing... its really sad this seems to be a constant thing with this buissness and I feel the need to warn other kindergartens from getting burnt by this business whom ...read more
