This is a long overdue but finally I have got some time to write this review. Just been to this dental clinic in corner of Elizabeth St for the 2nd time and I could now say this is best ever customer service I have received in any dental clinic in Australia. I work in Brisbane CBD and never tried any dentist in city. Dr. Karuna was amazing and provided me a very clear, precise diagnosis and gave me options to go ahead with my dental problem. She set the expectations correctly which is very rare with any preferred providers nowadays as I work in customer care too. All staff, especially Pascale were spot on and punctual with your appointment so you are not out of office for long.
If you want professional, fair dinkum dentist with excellent support staff who provides real exceptional care, I would recommend you to give her a try. SMILES :D
I recently moved to Brisbane and was looking for a new dentist close to my work. I found my experience at Dental Pearls to be excellent. The staff were friendly and efficient. The dentist explained everything to me in great detail and was very thorough. I even had a phone call the next day to see how I was going after my appointment. Great service all round. I'll be going back.
