Really good service from the front desk to the chair. They all make you feel at ease and comfortable. Dr Giac is very good as are all of his staff. I really neglected my teeth in my 20's and so I have had a few appointments there getting my mouth sorted. I always knew what had to be done and why. They even let my husband bring the baby in when we couldn't get care!
From the moment I called they had me at hello. We are new to Australia and I was so nervous about finding a new dentist. I feel so incredibly lucky to have found the dental studio. Dr giac did a crown for me that needed to be done for a while. One of the best ... In fact I would have to say the best dentist I have ever been to. He is gentle and has time to discuss things , allows you to time to ask questions. Freezing always makes me very nervous and he gives the best needles. My crown was perfect immediately after the freezing came out. If there were six stars they would be getting 6 out of 5!!! Kathy at the front is incredibly friendly and very helpful. The hygienist ...excellent and the dental nurses awesome as well. If you are reading this ... Just call and make an appointment. You just lucked out - I promise you will love this crew.
Fantastic service. Reminder phonecall and texts message service before appointment. Dr Giac is a great dentist, always makes you feel comfortable, even those with a dentist phobia. Nurses and receptionists are welcoming and professional. Recommend this dental service to everyone i know!
