WITHOUT DOUBT THE RUDEST, MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS OF ALL TIME!
My husband was looking to invest thousands of dollars into dental implants for himself and asked me to book him a consultation as he works 12 hours per day. I scheduled an appointment for 4:30pm at Dentalplus, Brendale. He had left work early, and had unfortunately been involved in a car accident on his way to his "oh so prestige" appointment. Whilst in the emergency department of Redcliffe hospital with our four children, I received a text message - and I quote:
"We are going home now *husbands name* and assume your teeth can be managed by someone else from now on. The last patient thanks you for giving up your time.

Without going into great detail as to my experiences with this Dental Practice I would just like to say "Beware" as I found them to be very smooth operators indeed and outrageously priced. They are experts at providing detailed treatment plans with individual item pricing which really means very little to the layman. The cost given to me to extract a troublesome tooth which incidentally had just cost me $165.00 for minor work was $456.45. That was the straw that broke the camels back as I vowed never to return. I subsequently had this tooth extracted including xray and temporary repairs to another tooth for the total cost of $135.00.
