Department of Housing and Works - Midland Office

Midland are brilliant so helpful. The staff are easy to deal with and put my mind at rest recently because my husband had to travel overseas plus they try hard to ensure you are well informed and they do try everything to help you out.

I beginning to wonder how many times I need to leave a message for someone to call me about an issue before I actually speak to someone.
If I didn't return calls in private enterprise I wouldn't have any customers.
Not accepable, if me fence is taken down by your tree I'll not be happy at all!!!!
