Department of Housing (NSW) - Head Office

My water rate rises recently when a call to local office to find out how they measure consumption and the officer tell me the tenant household have to pay according to the meter consumptions, the response is not satisfactory since they calculate the total consumption of the building and they deduction of the average percentage I need to pay, but my questions is
I live alone as in the other units they live three to four peoples illegally and when I claim I did not consider it that is fair. I have to pay consumption of those peoples (permanent visitors) who are living in comfort and free of water charges illegally do you think that isn't fair. I'm, right to argument, but never happens this is a ripe off, the people in charge to check for this bad behavior they don’t one to be involved even don't want to send and investigator into the premises. I do believe this, I had probed, I knowing they don't bother because some of these people are criminal and scare to take action.

When u reside 36 years and then u call a number of times to get a job done the walls are falling threw the water leeks on the floor safety hazard if anyone slips and fall and no one wants to fix the job looks . when will u act

I have complained to Dubbo office about the noisy neighbors that live next to me for 3yrs and nothing gets done we own.Housing Dep in Dubbo fog it off and tell us to ring the police we are sick and tied of ringing the police.I think Dubbo office should come out to the town of Trangie and clean it up.

Been on the waiting list since 2001 but despite proof that dept of housing got that i was evicted in 2011

Oh and dept of housing staff,i know mr squires(does that name ring a bell to you) through my uncle so expect heads to be banged together when he finds out you treated my claim like s**t.

For the last 15 years I have been on the waiting list but I have not recieved any accommodation yet.
