This review is for the overall Department of Human Service rather than this specific location. For anyone who have made contact with this department for one reason or another could probably appreciate where Im coming from. I find it somewhat frustrating and time consuming each and every time I make any contacts with this government department. The length of time that a person is placed on hold to get an operator could be anywhere from 45min-2hrs. Its incredibly time consuming, unproductive and when Ive finally have reached an operator Ive found either I forget the reason why I was calling up in the first place or beyond been so upset for been placed on hold for such a length of time. It would be great if they could obtain more resources to have operators widely available to assist or upgrade their service to make it more efficient for tax paying Australian citizens!
